Estamos assessorando um escritório de contabilidade com mais de 14 anos de mercado, na Zona Leste de São Paulo, na contratação de um(a) Auxiliar Contábil.

Aqui você não vai só organizar papel: vai participar do dia a dia da contabilidade, do lançamento ao fechamento do mês, aprendendo com quem já vive a rotina e usando ferramentas digitais no processo. Se você está cursando ou concluiu a formação em Ciências Contábeis, gosta de organização e tem vontade de aprender, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Apoiar nos lançamentos contábeis e nas conciliações de contas bancárias, clientes, fornecedores e folha de pagamento, porque é aí que você constrói a base técnica da carreira.
  • Classificar e organizar documentos contábeis e fiscais, garantindo a integridade das informações que sustentam toda a contabilidade.
  • Ajudar na elaboração de balancetes e DREs, sob supervisão do contador responsável, e aprender como os números viram informação para o cliente.
  • Dar suporte na revisão de lançamentos vindos dos módulos fiscal e pessoal.
  • Manter pastas e documentos digitais organizados no SharePoint/OneDrive, para que a equipe encontre tudo rápido.
  • Auxiliar na conferência de relatórios contábeis e controles internos, desenvolvendo olhar atento aos detalhes.
  • Contribuir com o cumprimento dos prazos de fechamento mensal, junto com o time.
  • Participar de reuniões internas e treinamentos técnicos, para aprimorar o seu conhecimento contábil.

Jornada de Trabalho: de segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h, e às sextas-feiras, das 08h às 17h. Trabalho 100% presencial.

  • Formação técnica ou superior em Ciências Contábeis (em andamento ou concluída)
  • Conhecimento básico em lançamentos e conciliações contábeis
  • Noções dos regimes Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido
  • Boa habilidade com Excel (nível básico a intermediário)
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial no Tatuapé, São Paulo/SP
