Seleccionamos para formar parte del equipo fundador de Tesla en Uruguay. El Asesor de entrega acompaña a los clientes después de que realizan el pedido de un vehículo, trabajando en conjunto con equipos de distintas áreas para garantizar una experiencia excepcional. Esto incluye gestionar soluciones de financiamiento, administrar los detalles relacionados con vehículos entregados como parte de pago y completar los distintos hitos necesarios para concretar la entrega. Para tener éxito en Tesla, deberás ser una persona enérgica, altamente organizada y comprometida con el trabajo. También deberás tener pasión por la energía sostenible y capacidad para crear experiencias excepcionales para los clientes. Si bien se reconocerán las contribuciones individuales, el trabajo en equipo es fundamental para alcanzar el máximo nivel de éxito. Buscamos una persona que combine las habilidades necesarias para generar una experiencia excepcional para el cliente con un compromiso genuino con la promoción de la energía sostenible.Preparar la documentación relacionada con préstamos/financiamiento de clientes y trámites ante el DMV, y colaborar con otros empleados para garantizar el éxito de las citas de entrega. Demostrar un sólido conocimiento y dominio de la venta de productos y servicios de Tesla. Maximizar la eficiencia en la programación de citas para mejorar la experiencia de los clientes. Elaborar reportes destinados a mejorar el desempeño y brindar soporte a las actividades de capacitación. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros empleados para garantizar una experiencia fluida durante la etapa previa a la entrega de los clientes con citas programadas, proporcionando una experiencia de entrega centrada en el cliente. Gestionar la flota del showroom, incluyendo la coordinación de servicios, la administración de la asignación de vehículos y la elaboración de reportes de accidentes. Realizar otras responsabilidades que sean asignadas de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio, incluyendo la preparación de vehículos para la entrega, entregas directas a clientes y actividades de ventas. Requisitos Personas con formación en carreras afines a la posición, con al menos 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente. Perfil proactivo, con capacidad para trabajar en equipo y desarrollar relaciones colaborativas. Persona altamente organizada, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas CRM preferentemente Salesforce. Disponibilidad para trabajar 44 horas semanales en horario vespertino, fines de semana y feriados, con un contrato a término hasta el 31/12/2026 inclusive, en zona de las Piedras en Polo Logistico de Grupo Ras (Parque Ruta 5, Km. 33). Disponibilidad para incorporarse de forma inmediata. Excluyente contar con Licencia de conducir vigente. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
