Seleccionamos para una destacada empresa, referente en su rubro. La persona seleccionada estará a cargo de liderar, planificar y monitorear la operación de las plantas industriales, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas presupuestarias, los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente, y optimizando los procesos productivos de la compañía. Dentro de las principales responsabilidades, se destacan: Gestión de las operaciones industriales: liderar integralmente la producción, el mantenimiento y el desarrollo de productos y procesos en las distintas plantas de la empresa, promoviendo la eficiencia operativa y la mejora continua. Planificación y control de gestión: elaborar y realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto del área, monitorear indicadores de gestión (KPIs) y controlar los niveles de inventario, asegurando el uso eficiente de los recursos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas, los procedimientos y los requisitos legales aplicables, promoviendo una cultura de prevención y seguridad en todas las instalaciones. Gestión técnica y coordinación institucional: supervisar las necesidades de infraestructura y mantenimiento, participar en la evaluación técnica de compras, contratos y proveedores, y coordinar acciones con la Gerencia General, el área Comercial y otras áreas de la organización. Requisitos Apostamos la búsqueda a profesionales egresados/as de las carreras de Ingeniería Química o Ingeniería Industrial. Se valorará especialmente la formación y conocimientos vinculados a procesos químicos, en sistemas de gestión de calidad, medio ambiente, seguridad y salud ocupacional. Manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión industrial. Deberá contar con al menos 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de jefatura o liderazgo dentro del sector industrial. Experiencia en industrias químicas o procesos productivos afines. Experiencia en gestión de operaciones, producción, mantenimiento y coordinación de equipos de trabajo. Disponibilidad para realizar visitas periódicas a las demás plantas de la empresa, ubicadas en distintas zonas del país. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
