Seleccionamos Responsable de TI para integrar el equipo de una empresa nacional, líder en industria química, ubicada en zona aledaña a Montevideo. El objetivo principal del rol es liderar el área de TI de la empresa, con responsabilidad operativa y estratégica sobre el día a día del área. Deberá garantizar la máxima disponibilidad / correcto funcionamiento de los servicios críticos de la compañía y supervisará el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la infraestructura, on-premise y nube, para garantizar alta disponibilidad en todas las plantas de la empresa. Se encargará de dirigir el equipo técnico, gestionar proveedores y participar en el Comité de Tecnología (proyectos transversales como integración SCADA-ERP). Asimismo, velará por la integridad de datos bajo estándares internacionales (CIS Controls, Microsoft Defender) y formalizar la documentación/procesos del área; con participación activa en el Comité de Tecnología, guiando iniciativas del plan de modernización tecnológica de la empresa. Trabajará con líderes de otras áreas internas, promoviendo proyectos transversales como integraciones SCADA-ERP y automatizaciones operativas, y se encargará de administrar las relaciones comerciales y técnicas con los proveedores. Finalmente, garantizará la excelencia operativa del área mediante la redacción, validación y actualización de la documentación técnica, procesos e instructivos críticos para que puedan ser ejecutados sin desvíos por cualquier miembro del equipo. Requisitos Buscamos profesionales egresados de carreras Técnicas, Tecnólogos, Licenciaturas o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Computación o afines. Se requiere experiencia mínima de 5 años en áreas de TI, con al menos 2 años en posiciones de coordinación o liderazgo de equipo técnicos, idealmente en empresas industriales o plantas operativas con sedes distribuidas. Es indispensable contar con sólidos conocimientos en entornos Microsoft (Windows Server, AD, M365, Defender), virtualización en Hyper-V, redes corporativas (routing, switching, VLANs), sistemas de respaldo (Veeam, NAS), monitoreo (Zabbix, Grafana o similares), plataformas de tickets (Jira o ServiceNow) y prácticas de seguridad (hardening, MFA, CIS Controls). Se valorará contar con posgrado o certificaciones en gestión de IT, proyectos o ciberseguridad, así como conocimientos en plataformas IBM AS/400, sistemas SCADA, redes industriales o entornos OT. También, se tendrá en cuenta la experiencia con firewalls Fortinet, virtualización en VMware o Proxmox, plataformas Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace), bases de datos (SQL Server, MySQL), desarrollo de scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) e inglés técnico. El perfil seleccionado debe destacar por su capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva con múltiples interlocutores, pensamiento estratégico enfocado a la ejecución y una alta rigurosidad ética. Finalmente, para el desempeño del rol es necesario contar con carné de conducir vigente, disponibilidad para trasladarse a plantas en el interior del país y flexibilidad horaria ante incidentes críticos.
