Seleccionamos supervisor/a comercial para empresa líder en su rubro. Liderar, capacitar y acompañar al equipo de asesores comerciales, asegurando que cuenten con las herramientas, conocimientos y soporte necesarios para el desempeño de sus funciones. Supervisar de forma directa e indirecta los puntos de venta de la zona asignada, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, estándares de imagen, experiencia de cliente y calidad de ejecución. Planificar, organizar y controlar las rutas de trabajo del equipo, realizando seguimiento permanente de indicadores de gestión y detectando oportunidades de mejora. Relevar, validar y consolidar la información obtenida en campo, utilizando las herramientas de gestión y reportes disponibles para monitorear la operación. Mantener una presencia activa en los puntos de venta, fortaleciendo la relación con clientes, acompañando al equipo y asegurando la correcta implementación de acciones comerciales y de imagen. Detectar necesidades y oportunidades en los puntos de venta, proponiendo planes de acción y reportando novedades al Ejecutivo de Cuentas. Monitorear el presentismo, desempeño y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad e higiene del personal a cargo, realizando las gestiones administrativas correspondientes. Colaborar con la logística y distribución de materiales cuando la operación lo requiera. Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales con grandes empresas y pymes del canal asignado, participando en reuniones con clientes finales y realizando reportes quincenales sobre oportunidades y resultados comerciales. Requisitos Personas con experiencia mínima de 3 años liderando equipos comerciales o de ventas en terreno y marcado perfil comercial con capacidad de negociación y desarrollo de negocios. Es necesario contar con un buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y plataformas de gestión. Es requisito excluyente contar con licencia de conducir vigente y vehículo propio (auto). Orientamos la búsqueda a personas con capacidad de planificación, liderazgo, iniciativa, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente. Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes en horario completo y realizar visitas permanentes a puntos de venta. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
