Seleccionamos para reconocida empresa del sector financiero, con importante presencia en el mercado. Se trata de una oportunidad para integrarse a un entorno dinámico, con metodologías ágiles, donde el foco estará en asegurar la calidad de ejecución, cumplimiento de objetivos y evolución del equipo. Responsabilidades: Coordinar los recursos internos y de terceros/proveedores para la ejecución de los proyectos priorizados. Garantizar los tiempos de entrega, dentro del alcance y del presupuesto. Desarrollar el alcance y los objetivos de los módulos de cada proyecto, implicando a todas las partes interesadas pertinentes. Gestionar y actualizar los planes de proyecto detallados, asegurando un adecuado seguimiento del avance y cumplimiento de hitos. Informar y escalar a Alta Gerencia cuando corresponda. Identificar, evaluar y gestionar los riesgos de cada proyecto, implementando acciones de mitigación para minimizar su impacto. Establecer y mantener relaciones con otros equipos internos, así como terceros/proveedores. Crear y mantener documentación correspondiente a cada proyecto. Requisitos La búsqueda se orienta a profesionales con formación universitaria en Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines, que cuenten con experiencia en liderazgo o coordinación de equipos de desarrollo, reportando a niveles de gestión. Se valorará una trayectoria técnica sólida, con conocimientos en entornos de desarrollo basados en .NET, GraphQL y bases de datos relacionales (SQL Server), así como experiencia trabajando con herramientas de gestión como Jira. Se requiere experiencia en la coordinación de equipos en contextos de proyectos complejos y exigentes, así como conocimientos y práctica en metodologías ágiles (Scrum o similares). Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero. El rol demanda habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, organización, atención al detalle y capacidad de gestión de múltiples iniciativas en simultáneo, junto con una actitud proactiva, adaptabilidad y orientación a resultados.
