OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Identificar necesidades y oportunidades en clientes, comprender sus procesos y requerimientos, y traducirlos funcionalmente en soluciones soportadas por aplicaciones o herramientas tecnológicas, acompañando simultáneamente el proceso comercial desde el diagnóstico inicial hasta la estructuración y presentación de la solución.

DESCRIPCIÓN RESPONSABILIDADES GENERALES

  • Reunirse con clientes actuales y potenciales para entender a profundidad sus procesos, necesidades, dificultades y oportunidades de mejora, realizando las preguntas necesarias para identificar qué requiere realmente el negocio.
  • Traducir las necesidades del cliente en requerimientos funcionales claros, convirtiendo una necesidad de negocio en funcionalidades, aplicaciones o soluciones que puedan ser desarrolladas, parametrizadas o implementadas por la compañía.
  • Analizar las herramientas y aplicaciones disponibles para determinar cómo pueden adaptarse o utilizarse para resolver la necesidad específica de cada cliente.
  • Acompañar al área comercial en reuniones con clientes, aportando el componente funcional y tecnológico necesario para fortalecer la propuesta y generar confianza durante el proceso de venta.
  • Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones de las aplicaciones, explicando su funcionamiento en un lenguaje sencillo y orientado al negocio, evitando una comunicación excesivamente técnica.
  • Resolver preguntas funcionales y técnicas básicas durante el proceso comercial y coordinar con las áreas especializadas aquellas consultas que requieran mayor profundidad.
  • Apoyar la construcción de propuestas técnico-comerciales, asegurando que la solución presentada corresponda realmente a la necesidad identificada y que exista coherencia entre lo ofrecido comercialmente y lo que puede ejecutarse técnicamente.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a partir del conocimiento de los procesos del cliente, proponiendo funcionalidades, aplicaciones o mejoras adicionales que puedan convertirse en nuevos servicios o proyectos.
  • Acompañar el proceso comercial desde el diagnóstico inicial hasta la aprobación de la solución, realizando seguimiento a requerimientos, ajustes, demostraciones y observaciones del cliente que puedan impactar el cierre.
  • Mantener comunicación entre cliente, área comercial y equipo técnico durante las etapas iniciales del proyecto para resolver desviaciones, aclarar necesidades y asegurar que la solución conserve el objetivo planteado originalmente.

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Tecnología en Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial con experiencia tecnológica, Desarrollo de Software con orientación funcional o carreras afines.

REQUERIMIENTOS PROFESIONALES

  • Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas con consultoría funcional, implementación de software, aplicaciones empresariales, sistemas de información, preventa tecnológica, soluciones SaaS, análisis funcional, levantamiento de requerimientos o venta consultiva de tecnología.
  • Experiencia en levantamiento y análisis de requerimientos, identificando necesidades del cliente, puntos de dolor, flujos de información y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Capacidad para traducir una necesidad de negocio en una solución funcional, definiendo de manera clara qué debe resolver la herramienta, cómo debería operar y qué valor generaría para el cliente.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en análisis y diagramación de procesos, documentación funcional y estructuración de requerimientos para equipos técnicos o de desarrollo.
  • Conocimiento de aplicaciones empresariales, sistemas de información, CRM, ERP, herramientas web, automatización de procesos e integraciones, sin que sea indispensable un dominio avanzado de programación.
  • Conocimiento conceptual de bases de datos, flujos de información e integración entre sistemas, suficiente para sostener conversaciones funcionales con equipos técnicos.
  • Capacidad analítica, pensamiento estructurado y criterio para evaluar alternativas y recomendar soluciones viables.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en roles como Consultor Funcional, Analista Funcional, Consultor de Soluciones, Consultor de Aplicaciones, Preventa Tecnológica, Customer Success Técnico o Soporte Funcional con exposición comercial.
  • No se requiere un desarrollador de software puro. El perfil ideal debe ubicarse en un punto intermedio entre tecnología y negocio, comprender sistemas y procesos, y al mismo tiempo desenvolverse correctamente frente al cliente y acompañar comercialmente la solución.

COMPENSACIÓN SALARIAL

  • COP $2.500.000 - 3.000.000 + esquema salarial atractivo.

TIPO DE CONTRATO

Contrato a término indefinido.

  • Modalidad: 100 % presencial. Barrio San Ignacio
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
