Especialista de Marketing | Quito, Ecuador

Buscando un Especialista de Marketing para Ecuador, responsable de liderar la ejecución del plan de marketing 360 del país, trabajando tanto en iniciativas B2B como B2C y contribuyendo al posicionamiento y crecimiento de la marca en el mercado ecuatoriano.

Esta posición tendrá un rol clave en un mercado en etapa de desarrollo, por lo que buscamos una persona capaz de combinar pensamiento estratégico con una fuerte capacidad de ejecución.

¿Cuál será tu reto?

  • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de marketing 360 de Ecuador.
  • Desarrollar iniciativas de ATL, BTL, Digital, Trade Marketing, Influencers y PR.
  • Administrar y optimizar el presupuesto de marketing del país.
  • Desarrollar campañas y activaciones orientadas al cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
  • Impulsar el awareness, posicionamiento y educación de marca.
  • Coordinar activaciones y presencia en puntos de venta con socios y proveedores.
  • Trabajar articuladamente con el estudio creativo y equipos regionales.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de mercado y desempeño.
  • Reportar avances de estrategia y resultados al equipo regional y al Country Manager.
  • Representar la marca frente a medios, agencias y socios comerciales locales.

¿Qué buscamos?

Profesionales en Marketing, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, Mercadeo o carreras afines, con aproximadamente 3 a 4 años de experiencia en áreas de marketing.

Buscamos experiencia en:

  • Estrategias de marketing 360.
  • Modelos de negocio B2B2C.
  • Marketing digital.
  • ATL y BTL.
  • Trade Marketing.
  • Influencer Marketing y PR.
  • Administración de presupuestos.
  • Conocimiento del consumidor y mercado ecuatoriano.
  • Coordinación con equipos regionales o multidisciplinarios.

Será especialmente valiosa la experiencia en lanzamiento de nuevas marcas, productos o desarrollo de mercados en etapas tempranas.

Buscamos una persona autónoma, organizada, proactiva, orientada a resultados y con capacidad para desenvolverse en ambientes dinámicos, combinando visión estratégica con ejecución.

Condiciones

Ubicación: Cumbayá, Ecuador

Modalidad: Híbrida – Site Center, Cumbayá

Horario: lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

Compensación: USD 1.000
