Gerente Administrativo y Financiero

Objetivo del Cargo

Dirigir, planear y controlar la gestión administrativa y financiera de la compañía, garantizando la sostenibilidad económica del negocio, el adecuado manejo de los recursos financieros, el cumplimiento normativo y el soporte estratégico a la operación de transporte, logística y almacenamiento.

Descripción del Perfil

Buscamos un profesional en carreras administrativas, financieras o afines, con especialización o maestría en Finanzas, Gerencia Financiera o áreas relacionadas. Debe contar con entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en cargos similares, preferiblemente en empresas del sector transporte de carga, logística o almacenamiento. Se requiere una sólida capacidad para liderar la planeación financiera, la gestión presupuestal, el control de costos, la administración del flujo de caja y el análisis financiero, así como habilidades estratégicas para apoyar la toma de decisiones corporativas y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y tributario de la organización.

Funciones Principales

Gestión Financiera

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la planeación financiera de la compañía.
  • Elaborar y controlar presupuestos anuales.
  • Administrar el flujo de caja y el capital de trabajo.
  • Analizar estados financieros y presentar informes gerenciales.
  • Implementar estrategias para la optimización de costos y mejora de la rentabilidad.
  • Gestionar las relaciones con bancos y entidades financieras.

Gestión Estratégica

  • Apoyar la toma de decisiones de la Presidencia.
  • Diseñar y monitorear indicadores de gestión financiera y administrativa.
  • Participar en proyectos de crecimiento y expansión del negocio.
  • Evaluar riesgos financieros y operacionales.

Control y Cumplimiento

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento tributario, contable y legal de la organización.
  • Coordinar auditorías internas y externas.
  • Implementar controles financieros y administrativos.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la normatividad aplicable al sector transporte y almacenamiento.

Gestión Administrativa

  • Supervisar los procesos administrativos de la organización.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y controles corporativos.
  • Liderar procesos de compras y administración de proveedores.
  • Controlar contratos administrativos y de prestación de servicios.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas, financieras o afines.
  • Especialización o Maestría en Finanzas, Gerencia Financiera o áreas relacionadas.
  • Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
  • Experiencia deseable en empresas de transporte de carga, logística o almacenamiento.
  • Conocimiento en planeación financiera, presupuestos, tesorería y control de costos.
  • Conocimiento en NIIF, normatividad tributaria y cumplimiento legal.
  • Experiencia en gestión de riesgos financieros y operacionales.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y manejo de equipos de trabajo.
