The posting

Jefe de Planta de Producción de Mobiliario Comercial, responsable de liderar la operación de planta y asegurar el cumplimiento de los proyectos desde la interpretación de planos y despiece hasta la fabricación e instalación.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Interpretar planos y convertirlos en información ejecutable para producción.
  • Realizar y validar despieces, cantidades y materiales requeridos.
  • Planificar la producción semanal y coordinar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Liderar directamente carpinteros, maestros y ayudantes en planta.
  • Supervisar la fabricación y resolver novedades técnicas durante el proceso.
  • Controlar inventarios, bodega, materiales, pedidos y sobrantes.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de fechas de producción e instalación.

Perfil requerido

  • Profesional en Diseño Industrial, Producción Industrial, procesos de madera, mobiliario o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en fabricación de mobiliario comercial para tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias, locales u otros espacios comerciales.
  • Dominio del proceso completo: lectura de planos, despiece, materiales, fabricación e instalación.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos operativos de carpintería.
  • Manejo funcional de AutoCAD, Revit y/o SketchUp.
  • Conocimiento de inventarios, bodega y compras de materiales.
  • Residencia en el norte de Quito, preferiblemente Calderón.

Condiciones

  • Salario: USD $1.200 mensuales.
  • Contrato directo e indefinido con la compañía.
  • Modalidad: 100% presencial.
  • Ubicación: Calderón, Quito.
  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 7:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
  • Disponibilidad ocasional para horas extra fines de semana según necesidades de producción.
