Jefe Nacional de Ventas – Sector Industrial Bogotá, Colombia

Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en liderazgo comercial y venta consultiva técnica B2B para dirigir la estrategia nacional de ventas de una compañía del sector industrial, especializada en soluciones de pesaje y medición.

Objetivo del cargo

Liderar el equipo comercial y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas de la unidad Industrial, impulsando el desarrollo de cuentas estratégicas, la apertura de mercados y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y recaudo.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan nacional de ventas por región, sector, canal y portafolio.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo comercial mediante seguimiento, formación y acompañamiento en campo.
  • Participar en negociaciones y cierres de negocios de alto valor con cuentas estratégicas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los presupuestos de órdenes de compra y facturación.
  • Gestionar indicadores de margen, cartera, recaudo y desempeño comercial.
  • Supervisar la gestión de oportunidades en CRM y la elaboración de proyecciones de ventas.
  • Coordinar con las áreas técnicas, de proyectos, servicio y logística para asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos con los clientes.
  • Fortalecer las relaciones con fabricantes, distribuidores y aliados comerciales.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Negocios Internacionales, Mercadeo, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo cinco años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo comercial, dirigiendo equipos de ventas con cobertura nacional.
  • Experiencia en venta consultiva técnica B2B de alto valor, preferiblemente en equipos industriales, instrumentación, metrología, automatización o maquinaria.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de cuentas clave, negociación y gestión de presupuestos comerciales.
  • Manejo de CRM, indicadores de gestión y proyecciones de ventas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente dentro del país.

Se valorará la experiencia en pesaje industrial, representación de marcas internacionales y apertura de mercados. Especialización o MBA e inglés B1 deseables, no excluyentes.

Condiciones

  • Ciudad base: Bogotá.
  • Salario básico mensual aproximado: $4.000.000 + comisiones
