A rapidly growing marketing and communications consulting firm based in Houston, specializing in comprehensive and innovative strategies for medium-sized and large companies across sectors such as energy, life sciences, industrial, and technology. The firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its team.

Job Objective

Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, working closely with clients and guiding creative teams to ensure projects meet defined timelines, budgets, and scopes. Provide support and guidance to other marketing specialists while maintaining clear communication, a proactive approach, and a focus on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of marketing projects, directly interfacing with clients, vendors, and partners when necessary
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Track and report on project progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Identify and mitigate risks within projects
  • Solve problems and troubleshoot issues for client success
  • Generate estimates and invoices for client work
  • Provide support for various marketing tasks including social media, email marketing or otherwise, to support client campaigns as required
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in search, display, and social media

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent (or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or similar, within an agency setting.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
  • Strong working knowledge of Asana.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • An unyielding curiosity about marketing and its evolving landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • English B2+/C1
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Advertising, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing social media campaigns.
  • Experience in reporting and interpreting analytics on campaigns.
