DESCRIPCIÓN RESPONSABILIDADES GENERALES

Garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas y estándares establecidos en el presupuesto general de producción, supervisando integralmente una de las áreas del proceso de producción de la compañía. Además, estará a cargo de la implementación de estrategias innovadoras en manejo, nutrición y sanidad porcina, así como del desarrollo y ejecución de programas especiales de bioseguridad, formación y capacitación del personal pecuario, e iniciativas de investigación y desarrollo en su área de responsabilidad.

FORMACIÓN ACADEMICA

Profesional en Medicina Veterinaria, Zootecnia, Ingeniería Agrónoma o carreras afines. Deseable especialización o maestría en Producción Animal, Gestión Agroindustrial o afines.

REQUERIMIENTOS PROFESIONALES

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 a 7 años en producción porcina en granjas tecnificadas.
  • Experiencia en manejo de granjas de ciclo completo o especializadas en reproducción y engorde.
  • Conocimiento en nutrición, genética y sanidad porcina.
  • Manejo de indicadores productivos y software de gestión agropecuaria.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y formación de equipos de trabajo en campo.
  • Capacidad para diseñar e implementar programas de bioseguridad.
  • Habilidad en gestión financiera y control de costos operativos.
  • Deseable experiencia internacional o disponibilidad para adaptación a nuevos entornos productivos.
