Binôme de la Responsable d'agence, vous prenez en main le fonctionnement quotidien de l’agence.

Vous intervenez concrètement sur :

  • Organisation et optimisation des plannings,
  • Coordination des équipes terrain et administratives,
  • Suivi des clients de la commande jusqu’à la facturation,
  • Pilotage des indicateurs : activité, productivité, marge,
  • Identification des points de blocage et mise en place de solutions,
  • Structuration et amélioration des process internes,
  • Management de proximité (accompagnement et montée en compétence)

L’ENVIRONNEMENT DANS LEQUEL VOUS ALLEZ EVOLUER

  • Activité dynamique avec fort volume d’interventions,
  • Multiples interlocuteurs,
  • Enjeux de délais, d’organisation et de rentabilité.

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

  • Expérience en pilotage d’activité opérationnelle (planning, production, exploitation…)
  • À l’aise dans un environnement rythmé et exigeant
  • Capacité à organiser, prioriser et décider
  • Expérience en management ou coordination d’équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de suivi (Excel, indicateurs, reporting)

--> Une expérience dans le diagnostic immobilier est un plus
