Job Summary

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing fan-facing digital experiences across web, mobile app, and ecommerce platforms. This role will support the execution of the organization’s digital product roadmap with a focus on improving user experience, conversion, engagement, and revenue performance.

This position will work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, ticketing, technology, and external partners to deliver scalable digital experiences and support personalization, testing, optimization, and website development initiatives across the fan journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web platforms and front-end technologies and be comfortable working directly within content management systems to support the creation, launch, and ongoing optimization of digital experiences.

Essential Functions

  • Support the execution and management of the organization’s digital product roadmap across web, app, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional digital initiatives that improve fan experience, conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in managing UX, CRO, and site optimization efforts to improve digital performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the creation, development, launch, and ongoing management of websites, landing pages, and digital experiences across CMS platforms.
  • Utilize a working knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with basic JavaScript, to support front-end enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively with developers and technology partners.
  • Partner with analytics teams to monitor digital KPIs, conversion funnels, and behavioral insights to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work with Technology, AEG, hosting providers, and external vendors to manage platform enhancements, integrations, hosting environments, domain and infrastructure considerations, issue resolution, and product releases.
  • Help prioritize digital enhancements and feature requests based on business impact, fan feedback, technical feasibility, and performance insights.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) Digital Marketing, Digital Techology, Product or related technical field
  • 4-6 years Related work experience
  • Proven experience supporting and managing digital product strategy across web, mobile app, and ecommerce platforms, including UX optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital roadmap execution.
  • Experience creating, launching, managing, or significantly contributing to consumer-facing websites and digital products.
  • Experience managing and optimizing fan-facing digital experiences, including ticketing flows, ecommerce journeys, content experiences, landing pages, and customer engagement touchpoints.
  • Experience participating in product and technology decisions related to website platforms, CMS solutions, hosting providers, integrations, and scalability.
  • Strong experience leveraging analytics and user behavior insights to inform product decisions, identify optimization opportunities, and improve conversion, engagement, and retention outcomes.
  • Experience identifying business and user needs, defining product requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and delivering scalable digital solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Experience supporting personalization, testing, and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, user journey optimization, and digital performance measurement.
  • Experience building and managing tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks across digital marketing and product ecosystems to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, ticketing, partnerships, analytics, technology, development, and operations teams to align digital product initiatives with commercial and fan engagement goals.
  • Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or consumer-facing digital businesses preferred but not required.
  • Hands-on experience working within CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, or similar systems.
  • Working knowledge of front-end web technologies, including HTML and CSS, with familiarity or basic experience with JavaScript.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot front-end website issues and effectively communicate technical requirements to developers, designers, vendors, and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with website hosting environments, domains, DNS, content delivery, website performance, platform architecture, and related infrastructure considerations.
  • Familiarity with digital product, analytics, and marketing technology platforms including GA4, CMS platforms, ecommerce systems, A/B testing tools, CRM/CDP platforms, tag management systems, and project management systems preferred.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into actionable product requirements, roadmaps, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, information security, website accessibility, and risk management concepts related to digital platforms and customer data.

Payscale: $86,155.00 - $109,785.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
