The posting

About us:

At Aellia (formerly Intero - The Sniffers), we support our customers in understanding, managing, and improving their environmental emissions. We combine precise, real‑world emissions measurement with deep regulatory and operational expertise, turning field data into decision‑ready insight.

With more than 30 years of international field experience and operations across 40+ countries worldwide, our work is grounded in accredited methodologies, advanced analytics, and recognised standards, with hands‑on operational delivery. Our solutions include Advisory, Emissions Management and Pipeline Management, covering everything from emerging requirements to regulated environments.

We believe that lasting impact starts with strong values — and that’s what makes us EPIC. Therefore we:

  • Strive for Excellence
  • Put People First

  • Champion the Customer

These values form the backbone of our international projects and guide how we collaborate, communicate, and innovate within Aellia.

Aellia is hiring LDAR Operators now for projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. If you have experience in fugitive emissions monitoring, or want to start a career in the environmental and emissions field, we want to hear from you.

Your role:

  • Monitor fugitive emission components (valves, pumps, flanges, connectors) at refineries, gas plants and petrochemical facilities
  • Carry out leak detection using a TVA (EPA Method 21) and OGI cameras
  • Record and tag data accurately on handheld devices, following project procedures
  • Work safely in live plant environments and follow site HSE rules

Who are we looking for?

  • Saudi national
  • Diploma or above in a technical, mechanical, chemical or environmental field
  • At least 1 year of LDAR experience preferred. We will train candidates who have strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with a TVA (Toxic Vapor Analyzer) and OGI cameras is an advantage
  • Able to walk long distances, climb ladders and work outdoors in hot industrial conditions
  • Able to lift up to 23 kg
  • Valid Saudi driver's license
  • Basic English for field records and communication
  • H2S or other safety certifications are a plus

What we offer you:

  • Full training on Aellia methods, equipment and our emissions platform
  • Work on major oil and gas projects in the region
  • A clear path to grow within an international emissions specialist

Why choose us?

At Aellia (Formerly Intero - The Sniffers) you will find yourself with an international market leader in environmental services and integrity solutions.

You will work with cutting-edge technologies, surrounded by passionate colleagues, and visibly contribute to supporting customers in their growth towards more sustainable and efficient business operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
