Job Description

As a Embedded Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for the design, development, and debugging of embedded software and firmware.

You will report directly to our engineering leadership and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge embedded systems that power innovative solutions in the aerospace industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving the design and development of these systems, contributing to shaping the future of technology.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and debug embedded software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements
  • Ensure timely completion of software projects

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 2+ years of experience in design and development of embedded software solutions
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software integration
  • Proficiency in embedded software development including programming languages such as C, C++ and VHDL with expertise in debugging embedded firmware
  • Experience with embedded systems testing and code review processes
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
