  • Provide day-to-day leadership of cross‑functional engineering teams through design, analysis, test, certification, and production.
  • Collaborate with aircraft OEMs to define requirements, resolve technical issues, and maintain alignment with program objectives.
  • Drive root‑cause investigations and implement timely corrective actions for production and field issues.
  • Identify program risks and opportunities and lead mitigation strategies to improve technical, schedule, or cost outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in design, development and/or test of gas turbine engines, nacelle systems, engine control systems or other complex mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methods (e.g. Microsoft Project, Agile Scrum/Kanban, Earned Value Management System)

WE VALUE

  • A champion for value-driven customer outcomes by understanding their mission, anticipating needs, and partnering long‑term to deliver solutions that achieve shared goals.
  • Proven leadership across complex technical programs, with cross‑functional coordination and project management responsibility including scope, schedule, budget, and earned value.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for winning and urgency in execution.
  • Effective communicator who builds strong working relationships and explains complex concepts clearly.
  • Expertise in FAA 14 CFR Part 33 and Part 25 certification of engines and nacelle systems including engine build-up and externals.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
