Deine Aufgaben

Werde Teil von aevoloop, einem Deep-Tech-Startup in Leipzig, wo wir Pionierarbeit für die nächste Generation von kreislauffähigen Kunststoffen leisten. Wir suchen eine*n praxisorientierte*n CTA, Chemielaborant*in oder Labortechniker*in, mit Stolz für die eigene Laborarbeit. In dieser Rolle liegt dein klarer Schwerpunkt auf der präzisen „Messung“ (Analytik) unserer Materialien der nächsten Generation, während du das Team gleichzeitig zuverlässig bei der „Herstellung“ (Synthese) unterstützt.

  • Analytik & Charakterisierung: Du bist das analytische Herzstück unseres Labors. Du führst routiniert instrumentelle und nasschemische Analysen durch, um unsere Materialien genau zu charakterisieren (z. B. NMR, IR-Spektroskopie, DSC, Titrationen).
  • Synthese: Du unterstützt bei Synthesen (insbesondere Polykondensationen) im Labor- und Technikumsmaßstab. Dabei führst du die Reaktionen zuverlässig und präzise nach bestehenden Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) durch.
  • Laboralltag & Exzellenz: Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Labor. Dazu gehören die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Glasapparaturen, die Probenvorbereitung, Materialtrocknung und die allgemeine Labororganisation.
  • Präzision & Dokumentation: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Messdaten absolut zuverlässig sind. Dazu gehören die regelmäßige Kalibrierung von Analysegeräten, das Führen detaillierter Laborjournale und die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung klarer SOPs.
  • Sicherheit & Organisation: Du sorgst für eine sichere, hochwertige Arbeitsumgebung (GLP) und stellst sicher, dass insbesondere die analytischen Geräte jederzeit für den nächsten Einsatz bereit sind.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemisch Technische Assistenz (CTA) oder Chemielaborant*in. Studienabschlüsse oder ein Abschluss als Techniker*in werden berücksichtigt, es handelt sich jedoch um eine praktische, technische und keine akademische Tätigkeit. Praktische Laborerfahrung hat für uns Priorität.
  • Analytische Expertise: Du bringst starke praktische Erfahrung in der allgemeinen instrumentellen und nasschemischen Analytik mit (insbesondere NMR, IR, DSC, Titration). Erfahrung in der speziellen Polymeranalytik (z. B. MFR/MFI, Zugprüfungen) oder Vorkenntnisse aus einem Kunststofflabor sind ein großes Plus.
  • Erfahrung in der Synthese: Du hast Erfahrung darin, organische Synthesen sicher nach Vorschrift (SOP) durchzuführen. Spezielles Wissen über Polymere oder Reaktoren ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
  • Technische Routine: Du fühlst dich im Labor „zu Hause“. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit analytischen Messgeräten, der Probenvorbereitung und der allgemeinen Gerätekalibrierung.
  • Einstellung: Du hast eine „hands-on“-Mentalität. Du arbeitest detailorientiert, bist verlässlich und genießt die dynamische, kollaborative Energie eines wachsenden Start-ups.
  • Sprachen: Solide Englischkenntnisse (ausreichend für technische Dokumentation und Teamkommunikation) sind ein Muss. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
