Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres R&D-Teams bist du das technische Rückgrat unseres Polymer-Processing-Teams. Du entwickelst unsere neuartigen, nachhaltigen Polymere zu leistungsfähigen Werkstoffmischungen weiter und bereitest sie für die Skalierung vor.

  • Aufbereitung & Formulierung: Du entwickelst und optimierst Polymerformulierungen mit Fokus auf Additive, Masterbatches und geeignete Verarbeitungsstrategien, die auf unsere neuen Materialien zugeschnitten sind.
  • Bedienung von Anlagen: Du übernimmst den praktischen Aufbau, die Bedienung und die Fehlerbehebung an Anlagen der Polymerverarbeitung – darunter Laborkneter, Ein- und Doppelschneckenextruder, Spritzgussmaschinen und Folienblasanlagen.
  • Anwendungsentwicklung: Du treibst die Materialentwicklung für verschiedene Anwendungsbereiche voran, z. B. Spritzguss, Folienverarbeitung, Faserspinnen oder Monofilamente für den 3D-Druck. Du musst nicht in allen Bereichen tiefgehende Expertise mitbringen, unterstützt uns aber dabei, entscheidende Prozessparameter und Verarbeitungsrichtlinien für die jeweiligen Zielanwendungen zu definieren.
  • Datengetriebene F&E: Du analysierst und interpretierst mechanische, thermische und rheologische Materialeigenschaften – darunter MFI, Kapillarrheometrie, DSC, TAN-/Säurezahl und Zugprüfung – und leitest daraus belastbare Struktur-Eigenschafts-Beziehungen ab.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Du hast ein Studium (B.Sc./M.Sc.) im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Polymerwissenschaften, Materialwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet abgeschlossen. Alternativ verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststofftechnolog*in oder Techniker*in mit umfangreicher einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung, gern Seniorlevel, in einem industriellen Labor, einer Pilotanlage oder einem Produktionsumfeld mit.
  • Technische Expertise: Du hast fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Polymerverarbeitung, insbesondere in der Compoundierung, Extrusion und im Spritzguss sowie bei der Formulierung von Masterbatches und Additiven.
  • Analytisches Denken: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit thermischen und rheologischen Analyseverfahren und kannst die Ergebnisse fundiert interpretieren.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest präzise, strukturiert und zuverlässig – auch im dynamischen Umfeld eines wachsenden Startups. Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit und organisierst deine Aufgaben effizient.
  • Sprache: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch im Arbeitsalltag. Für uns zählt deine technische Kompetenz jedoch mehr als perfekte Grammatik.
