Descrição de atividades:

Instalar bandejas para dreno de ar-condicionado;

Desentupir dreno de ar-condicionado;

Executar outras tarefas correlatas, quando necessário;

Instalar aparelhos de ar-condicionado de janela e split;

Realizar atendimento imediato das solicitações de serviços, de acordo com a competência do cargo, para manutenção em todos os setores do Hospital, tomando as medidas de precaução com o uso dos EPI's corretos nos locais e tarefas que assim o exigirem;

Realizar manutenção das câmaras frigoríficas, substituindo peças, lubrificando, montando e desmontando os compressores, e verificando a parte elétrica.

Realizar manutenção em geladeiras, freezers, balcões frigoríficos e frigobares.

Realizar manutenções corretivas nos Chiller's, nas centrais de ar-condicionado, fan-coils, Fan coletes, cortinas de ar, CELF, aparelhos de ar condicionado de janela e split, periodicamente, mantendo atualizado relatório sobre os equipamentos;

Realizar montagem e desmontagem dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado de janela e split, efetuando troca de rolamento do motor, revisão nas partes elétricas, limpeza geral, etc.

Realizar o preenchimento dos chamados dentro do Sistema GLPI com informações de tarefas até a sua conclusão, para dar retorno ao requerente sobre o andamento dos serviços;

Trocar informações junto a Supervisão quanto aos serviços executados, sobre o andamento e conclusão dele, e solicitando compra de materiais quando necessário;

Zelar pela manutenção, limpeza e conservação de todo material e equipamento sob sua responsabilidade;

Realizar movimentação de bens patrimoniais, de acordo com a solicitação do setor de patrimônio e orientações da supervisão;

Instalar tubulações de gases medicinais (oxigênio, ar comprimido, oxido nitroso e vácuo) que alimentam todo o Hospital.;

Realizar manutenção nas tubulações e postos de gases medicinais de oxigênio, ar comprimido, vácuo e oxido nitroso, realizando a troca de válvulas e mangueiras em caso de vazamento, em todos os setores que dispõem;

Realizar manutenção corretiva nos postos de vácuo da UTI, Centro Cirúrgico, Endoscopia e demais setores que possuem, de acordo com abertura dos chamados no sistema realizado pelos setores, conforme demanda. Realizando a troca das válvulas e desentupimento da rede.

Realizar manutenção preventiva nos postos de vácuo da UTI, Centro Cirúrgico, Endoscopia e demais setores que possuem, conforme cronograma anual, realizando o desentupimento da rede e troca de válvulas que estejam danificadas;

Realizar manutenção preventiva mensal dos equipamentos e centrais de ar-condicionado, conforme atividades descritas na periodicidade do relatório do PMOC, realizando limpeza de filtros, troca de filtro HEPA das centrais, lavando os aparelhos, realizando medições elétricas, vistoria nos motores e outros. Manter o corretor preenchimento dos relatórios do PMOC e fechamento das ordens de serviços no sistema.

Requisitos:

Segundo Grau Completo; Curso técnico em refrigeração, técnico de mecânica ou técnico em eletrotécnica; Experiência Profissional: Experiência mínima de 06 meses nas atividades relacionadas ao cargo e lotação - Desejável Curso: Curso da NR-18 (Norma Regulamentadora 18 do MTE).
