Localizado na Praia de Ponta Negra, em Natal-RN, o Esmeralda Praia Hotel oferece estrutura completa, excelência em atendimento e uma experiência diferenciada aos seus hóspedes.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Refrigeração para integrar nossa equipe de Manutenção, garantindo o funcionamento adequado dos sistemas de climatização, refrigeração, ventilação e exaustão do hotel.

Principais atividades

  • Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em sistemas de refrigeração, climatização e ar-condicionado;
  • Instalar, realizar manutenção e limpeza de equipamentos Split e janela de diferentes capacidades;
  • Realizar manutenção em equipamentos de ventilação, refrigeração e exaustão;
  • Identificar falhas, realizar diagnósticos, reparos e ajustes;
  • Realizar diagnóstico elétrico e eletrônico em placas e sistemas de comando;
  • Utilizar manifold digital e instrumentos de medição;
  • Trabalhar com gases refrigerantes, incluindo R-410A, R-32 e R-134A;
  • Realizar medições de superaquecimento e sub-resfriamento;
  • Interpretar diagramas elétricos e hidráulicos;
  • Realizar limpeza química de serpentinas;
  • Executar ou auxiliar em atividades relacionadas ao tratamento de água de torres de resfriamento;
  • Identificar e solicitar materiais, peças e ferramentas necessários;
  • Registrar serviços realizados e comunicar falhas e necessidades de manutenção;
  • Cumprir rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança do trabalho.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Curso técnico em Refrigeração, Climatização, Eletrotécnica ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses na função;
  • Experiência com manutenção preventiva e corretiva de ar-condicionado e sistemas de refrigeração;
  • Conhecimento de elétrica aplicada à refrigeração;
  • Conhecimento de instrumentos de medição e diagnóstico;
  • Compromisso com segurança, uso correto de EPIs e cumprimento dos procedimentos de trabalho seguro.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência em hotéis, hospitais, indústrias, shopping centers ou grandes empreendimentos;
  • Conhecimento de PMOC;
  • Experiência com manutenção preditiva;
  • Conhecimento em torres de resfriamento;
  • Cursos de NR-10 e NR-35;
  • Conhecimento em comandos elétricos e automação.

Perfil desejado

Profissional responsável, seguro, organizado, comprometido e com boa capacidade de diagnóstico, que saiba trabalhar em equipe e tenha postura adequada para atuar em ambiente hoteleiro.
