Ο Όμιλος Affidea, ο μεγαλύτερος πάροχος υπηρεσιών πρωτοβάθμιας υγειονομικής περίθαλψης στην Ευρώπη, στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων του, αναζητά Customer Service Agents για να ενταχθούν στην ομάδα μας! Οι θέσεις αφορούν εργασία στις εγκαταστάσεις μας στο Ελληνικό. Ώράριο Full Time, κυλιόμενο 24/7.

  • Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας και επικοινωνία με ιατρούς, ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες και ασφαλισμένους.
  • Προγραμματισμός και διαχείριση ραντεβού ασφαλισμένων για διαγνωστικές εξετάσεις.
  • Υποστήριξη του εμπορικού τμήματος σε έκτακτες ανάγκες.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 1 έτος σε παρόμοιο ρόλο σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, ιδανικά στον κλάδο της υγείας
  • Γνώση διαδικασιών και διαχείρισης ασφαλιστικών εταιρειών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του Microsoft 365
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου και προτεραιοτήτων
