Affidea Group, the largest provider of primary healthcare services in Europe, in the context of the continuous development of its activities, is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Athens!

Job description:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, to improve partnerships and expand the client base within the assigned geographic areas
  • Present and promote medical services and examination packages to healthcare professionals, aiming to broaden collaborations.
  • Provide personalized support to healthcare professionals by identifying their needs and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, gather data, and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate daily with the management teams of healthcare facilities in the area to assess needs and implement improvement proposals
  • Address patient management issues to ensure quality service delivery
  • Record data, prepare reports, and schedule visits using CRM tools
  • Present results on a weekly and monthly basis
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or diagnostic services sector, ideally with exposure to neurologists and other relevant medical specialties
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Sales, or relevant field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid Category B driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours
