Le Groupe Afigec, créé en 1982, est spécialisé dans les secteurs de l’expertise comptable, de l’audit / commissariat aux comptes et du conseil.

Rattaché au Pôle recrutement du groupe, vous serez formé et participerez activement à diverses missions, notamment :

  • Rédiger et diffuser des offres, sélectionner des CV, préqualifier les candidats, participer aux entretiens et rédiger des comptes-rendus
  • Réaliser l’approche directe de candidats potentiels via les jobboards, CVthèques et Linkedin
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi des recrutements ainsi que notre ATS
  • Organiser et participer aux différents événements, relations écoles : forums des écoles cibles, journées portes ouvertes, simulations d’entretiens, présentation du cabinet auprès des étudiants…
  • Contribuer à des projets transverses visant à améliorer nos processus et à attirer les meilleurs talents !

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

De formation supérieure en RH, vous avez idéalement réalisé un stage ou une alternance dans le domaine du recrutement.

  • Vous avez un intérêt avéré pour le recrutement et les ressources humaines
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, dynamique, curieux et avez le goût du travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos bonnes qualités relationnelles, votre sens de l’analyse et vos qualités rédactionnelles.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques.
