Notre pôle Externalisation recherche pour notre site de Levallois de nouveaux coéquipiers. Vous deviendrez un assistant essentiel de nos clients.

  • Vous assisterez des PME ou associations en devenir dans leur gestion administrative Relances fournisseurs, numérisation, établissement de listes de virement/prélèvement/chèques/Notes de Frais, gestion des variables de paie, collecte de factures dématérialisées, établissement de factures de vente, relances en-cours clients; Vous compléterez ou rédigerez le manuel de procédure du client sur cette assistance administrative; Et dès que vous le voudrez, vous proposerez de nouvelles procédures pour optimiser l’organisation ;
  • Garant de la relation client Assurer la relation et la satisfaction client; Suivi de l’évolution des services en fonction de notre lettre de mission; Déplacement en clientèle; Suivi des books de procédures clients;

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

Sérieux, rigoureux, motivé, vous êtes autonome et disposez d’un très bon relationnel ?

Votre sens de l’organisation et votre professionnalisme sont autant d’atouts pour réussir dans ce poste. Une connaissance de la comptabilité serait un plus.
