Dans le cadre du développement et du renforcement de notre équipe RH Groupe basée à Levallois (Siège), nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) RH en CDI.

Au sein d’une équipe de quatre personnes, et en véritable bras droit de la Responsable RH, vous participerez activement à la gestion quotidienne et au pilotage des projets RH suivants :

  • Projets RH internes : Mise à jour et refonte des reporting RH, trames et supports existants ; Développement et harmonisation des pratiques RH au sein du Groupe ; Organisation et suivi des élections professionnelles ; Gestion des dossiers disciplinaires ; Mise en œuvre du plan de formation et des campagnes RH annuelles ; Communication RH interne ; Support RH : appui aux enquêtes obligatoires, audits sociaux et diagnostics ponctuels ; CSE Groupe : Organisation des réunions et suivi administratif. Suivi de la sécurité interne : mise en place et suivi des obligations applicables aux établissements et entités du Groupe, notamment le règlement intérieur, les affichages obligatoires, le DUERP.
  • Accompagnement de proximité RH : Accompagnement RH auprès d’Associés et Managers (entretien de suivi, appui aux bonnes pratiques, relais d’information RH, etc.).
  • Appui à la production administrative RH : Participation active à la gestion RH quotidienne, et soutien de l'équipe, avec un renfort lors des périodes clés (rentrées, campagnes RH) ; Montée en autonomie rapide sur les procédures et outils internes, ainsi que sur les spécificités RH du Groupe.

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

Ayant une première expérience significative en tant que Chargé(e) RH, vous avez une solide culture RH généraliste (administration du personnel, droit du travail, formation).

Une première expérience et/ou des compétences en gestion des relations avec le CSE constitue un véritable atout.

Rigoureux(se), autonome et doté(e) de qualités relationnelles, vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Outlook, Teams Excel, PowerPoint)

Reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service et votre aisance relationnelle, vous savez interagir aussi bien avec l'équipe qu'avec les collaborateurs et associés, tout en garantissant la plus stricte confidentialité.
