Notre pôle Financial Advisory recherche son nouveau coéquipier : un(e) Directeur Transaction Services pour accompagner le développement de notre activité.

Au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, vous accompagnerez nos clients dans leurs opérations stratégiques d'acquisition, de cession, de levée de fonds ou de réorganisation.

Vos missions :

Rattaché(e) à l’un de nos associés, vous interviendrez en toute autonomie sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée :

  • Piloter des missions de due diligence financière à l'achat (Buy Side) et à la vente (Vendor Due Diligence).
  • Analyser les performances financières des entreprises cibles et identifier les principaux risques et opportunités.
  • Réaliser les analyses de qualité des résultats (Quality of Earnings), du besoin en fonds de roulement (BFR), de la dette nette et des flux de trésorerie.
  • Rédiger les rapports de due diligence et présenter vos conclusions aux clients et aux investisseurs.
  • Superviser les travaux des collaborateurs et les accompagner dans leur montée en compétences.
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les dirigeants, les conseils et les autres intervenants des opérations.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Expertise Comptable, Audit, Fiscalité et Juridique afin d'apporter un accompagnement global à nos clients.
  • Participer activement au développement de l'activité Transaction Services et entretenir une relation de confiance avec nos clients.

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, d'un Master CCA, DSCG ou d'une formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité ou audit.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative de 6 à 9 ans en Transaction Services, Audit ou Corporate Finance, acquise en cabinet.

Vous possédez une solide maîtrise de l'analyse financière et des opérations de fusion-acquisition.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'analyse, votre rigueur et votre excellent relationnel.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe, encadrer des collaborateurs et accompagner vos clients dans leurs décisions stratégiques.

Curieux(se) et force de proposition, vous souhaitez participer au développement d'une activité en pleine croissance au sein d'un cabinet à taille humaine.

Votre aisance avec les outils numériques et les environnements dématérialisés vous permet d'évoluer efficacement dans un cabinet moderne et innovant.
