Estamos buscando um Analista Técnico com foco em Arquivo Técnico e Gestão Documental, responsável por administrar o ambiente Aconex, organizar o acervo técnico físico e digital, controlar fluxos de submissão, revisão e aprovação de documentos, garantir rastreabilidade e padronização, além de prestar suporte às equipes internas, projetistas e fornecedores.

Entre as principais atribuições estão: criação e configuração de usuários, workflows e permissões; controle de revisões, codificação e metadados; emissão de relatórios de desempenho e pendências; acompanhamento de prazos; manutenção de padrões, templates e procedimentos; atendimento às áreas de engenharia, mineração, geotecnia, operação e meio ambiente; e apoio em auditorias e processos de conformidade.

O profissional deverá atuar com organização, precisão, proatividade e forte foco em processos, assegurando integridade da informação e suportando a continuidade dos projetos da empresa.

Qualificações

  • Formação técnica em Administração, Mineração, Mecânica, Elétrica, Edificações, Suprimentos, Informática, Gestão de Documentos ou áreas correlatas; ou graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Arquivologia, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 a 5 anos em gestão documental, arquivo técnico ou controle de documentos em projetos de engenharia.
  • Vivência em setores como mineração, obras industriais, EPC/EPCM, óleo & gás ou grandes projetos de capital.
  • Domínio do Aconex (Oracle): workflows, uploads massivos, controle de revisões, mailboxes, transmittals, coordination issues e administração de usuários.
  • Experiência em rotinas de padronização, numeração, versionamento e atendimento a equipes multidisciplinares.
  • Conhecimento em gestão documental, acervos técnicos e rastreabilidade de informação.
  • Pacote Office (Excel avançado) e familiaridade com sistemas corporativos.
  • Desejável conhecimento de GED, ISO 9001/14001/45001 e ferramentas similares (ProjectWise, SharePoint, Autodesk Docs, Vault, Procore).
  • Competências essenciais: organização, atenção a detalhes, comunicação clara, foco em processos, gestão de prioridades, resolução de problemas e postura ética.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente industrial e realizar visitas pontuais.
  • Inglês básico/intermediário (diferencial).
