Responsável por prestar assistência de enfermagem aos colaboradores no ambulatório da empresa, sob orientação e supervisão do enfermeiro responsável. Realiza procedimentos compatíveis com sua formação, apoia atendimentos de urgência e as rotinas de saúde ocupacional, mantendo registros, materiais e equipamentos organizados e contribuindo para a prevenção e promoção da saúde.

Escolaridade: Ensino médio completo e curso técnico completo em Enfermagem.

Registro profissional: COREN ativo e regular.

  • Prestar assistência de enfermagem aos colaboradores, conforme os protocolos e a supervisão do enfermeiro. Acolher os colaboradores, coletar informações iniciais e comunicar as necessidades identificadas à equipe responsável. Verificar sinais vitais e realizar procedimentos compatíveis com sua formação e os protocolos do serviço. Executar curativos e administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição e procedimentos estabelecidos. Prestar primeiros socorros e apoiar atendimentos de urgência, acionando os recursos necessários. Preparar materiais e auxiliar a equipe nos atendimentos e procedimentos. Apoiar o agendamento e o acompanhamento dos exames ocupacionais, conforme o fluxo definido. Organizar documentos e registros de saúde ocupacional, preservando o sigilo das informações. Registrar os atendimentos e procedimentos realizados no prontuário ou sistema utilizado. Controlar estoque, validade e condições de armazenamento de medicamentos e materiais. Verificar as condições de uso dos equipamentos do ambulatório e comunicar necessidades de manutenção. Cumprir os procedimentos de higienização, biossegurança e descarte de resíduos de saúde. Apoiar campanhas de vacinação, prevenção de doenças e promoção da saúde. Orientar os colaboradores conforme as recomendações da equipe de saúde. Apoiar a elaboração de controles e indicadores de atendimento. Comunicar intercorrências ao enfermeiro e ao médico, conforme a necessidade. Cumprir os procedimentos internos e utilizar os EPIs indicados para cada atividade.
