At The Terraces at Via Verde, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver who enjoys helping seniors feel supported, valued, and cared for. You’ll assist residents with their daily needs, encourage independence, and build meaningful connections that make a difference in their lives. What You’ll Do

  • Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
  • Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
  • Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
  • Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
  • Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
  • Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.

What You’ll Bring

  • Heart for Seniors: Have a genuine interest in helping seniors live their best lives.
  • Team Spirit: Be willing to collaborate with and support your coworkers.

  • Dependability: Be available to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Experience: Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!
