What You'll Do

  • Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs while promoting comfort and independence.
  • Encourage Independence: Help residents stay active, engaged, and involved in their daily routines.
  • Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents' conditions and promptly report any concerns.
  • Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Create Moments of Joy: Share conversations, laughter, and activities that make residents feel valued and appreciated.
  • Provide Compassionate Care: Support residents with patience, kindness, and respect while protecting their dignity.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We'll provide the training you need!
