L'Agence de services et de paiement (ASP) est un établissement public administratif sous la double tutelle des ministères en charge de l’Agriculture et de l'Emploi. Premier organisme payeur européen des aides agricoles de la Politique agricole commune, l’ASP dispose d’un savoir-faire reconnu en ingénierie administrative, instruction, contrôle, paiement et d’assistance aux utilisateurs de nombreux dispositifs d’aides publiques.

Le stage se déroulera au sein du service de l’inspection générale et du secrétariat général de l’ASP, avec des équipes de haut niveau sur des enjeux stratégiques pour une agence publique de premier plan.

Objectif :

Réaliser un diagnostic du maillage territorial de l'Agence et proposer des scénarios d'optimisation de ses implantations au regard de son activité et des enjeux RH, financiers et immobiliers.

Missions

Au cœur d’une mission à fort impact, vous participerez à :

  • L’analyse et la structuration des données issues de multiples interlocuteurs ;
  • L’identification des critères pertinents pour comprendre l’organisation actuelle ;
  • La réalisation d’un diagnostic clair et argumenté du maillage territorial ;
  • La proposition de scénarios d’optimisation et de recommandations concrètes.

Vous interviendrez sur un sujet transverse, mêlant analyse, stratégie et vision prospective.

Profil recherché

Etudiant(e) en M1 ou M2 (management, économie-gestion, IAE ou grande école), vous recherchez un stage stimulant intellectuellement et à forte valeur ajoutée.
