Customer Support Associate

Who are suitable for this job?

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Computer typing speed average and above
  • Have a laptop or computer for the interview (for typing and listening test)
  • Experience in call center job is an advantageous
  • Min Diploma (unless SPM with good experience in similar call center working experience will be considered too.)

As Customer Support Associate, you'll be the friendly and reassuring first point of contact for customers. You will:

Handle enquiries and appointment requests via phone, email, and live chat

  • Provide timely, accurate and warm service that makes customers feel heard
  • Deepen your sense of empathy as every interaction you make helps someone access the healthcare they need
  • Be a problem solver by working across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution
  • Be a strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Play a key role in enhancing our overall customer experience

Convenient location: Situated at Innovate @Ubi (formerly known as StarHub Green) —just minutes walking distance from MacPherson MRT.

What You Bring

  • Clear and confident communication with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Service-oriented mindset, active listening skills and a desire to help others.
  • Proficient typing speed and able to coordinate and toggle between various systems.
  • Willingness to work a 5.25-day week (alternate half-day Saturdays). total 42 hours per week.
  • Mon-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm (alternate saturday off)
  • 1 year of customer service or call centre or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English + Mandarin speaking is a must. Ability to converse in other languages (Malay/Tamil) is highly advantageous as you may be required to handle non-English speaking callers.

Your Qualifications

  • prefer diploma onwards but if there are good profiles with SPM (eg, mandarin speaker with good communication and relevant contact centre experience etc), we can consider.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Customer Support Associate position.

Salary

  • Basic : SGD2500-3600
  • Housing Allowance SGD500
  • Relocation Allowance SGD150
