Liderar a área industrial de ponta a ponta, garantindo segurança, qualidade, produtividade e custos sob controle, em uma empresa em crescimento e com forte investimento em melhoria contínua.

  • Liderar a operação industrial (produção, manutenção e apoio).
  • Garantir segurança, qualidade, prazos e eficiência operacional.
  • Planejar capacidade, recursos e orçamento da área.
  • Implantar e sustentar rotinas de melhoria contínua (Lean, Kaizen etc.).
  • Desenvolver, engajar e avaliar o time de liderança de chão de fábrica.
  • Acompanhar indicadores (OEE, desperdícios, custos, produtividade) e planos de ação.
  • Atuar em parceria com Supply Chain, Qualidade, Engenharia e Comercial.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência sólida como Gerente Industrial, Produção ou Planta.
  • Vivência em ambiente fabril (papel, papel ondulado, químico, metalúrgico ou similar).
  • Formação em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio de indicadores industriais (OEE, setup, perdas, custos, produtividade).
  • Experiência com gestão de times de liderança (coordenadores/supervisores).
  • Atuação prévia com segurança do trabalho e qualidade.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Industrial, Produção ou Negócios.
  • Certificação ou prática consistente em Lean, TPM, Six Sigma.
  • Vivência em ambientes com forte cultura de melhoria contínua.
  • Experiência em automação industrial e projetos de aumento de capacidade, preferencialmente no segmento de papel ondulado.
  • Inglês ou espanhol para interação com fornecedores.
