The posting

Für unsere Produktionsstandorte in Kaufbeuren sowie Fürstenfeldbruck suchen wir ab sofort einen HR Business Partner (m/w/d). Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt gleichverteilt auf beiden Standorten pro Woche, wodurch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden sichergestellt wird.

Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben

  • Sparringpartner und Coach für unsere Führungskräfte, insbesondere bei Führungsfragen, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Change-Prozessen und Entwicklung einer gesunden, wertschätzenden Unternehmenskultur in einem internationalen und interkulturellen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Praxisnahe und individuelle Betreuung der Führungskräfte bei allen personal- und arbeitsrechtsrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie eigenständige Durchführung und Begleitung von Personalmaßnahmen, z. B. bei Abmahnungen, Kündigungen, Aufhebungsverträgen und Trennungsgesprächen.
  • Professionelle Moderation und Begleitung von Konfliktgesprächen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen für eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit
  • Ein gutes Gespür für die Anliegen und Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeitenden sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson zur Verfügung zu stehen
  • Mitgestaltung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Prozessen sowie aktive Unterstützung bei Organisationsentwicklungs- und Veränderungsprojekten.
  • Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten und Übernahme von Sonderthemen, z.B. Mitarbeiterbefragungen, Reporting und Personalentwicklung oder Trainings von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften

Passend zum Profil

  • Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Geisteswissenschaften oder relevante kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Mindestens drei- bis fünfjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner im Personalbereich, idealerweise im Produktions- oder Fertigungsumfeld eines international agierenden Industrieunternehmens mit standortübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Führungskräften sowie ein sicheres Auftreten als Coach und Berater auf Augenhöhe
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Employee-Relations-Fällen sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei unterschiedlichen Interessenlagen souverän und lösungsorientiert zu agieren
  • Freude daran, Führungskräfte partnerschaftlich zu beraten, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen und auch in schwierigen Situationen Orientierung zu geben
  • Fundierte Praxiskenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
  • Routinierter Umgang mit HR-System (idealerweise Workday) sowie gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, Affinität zu Digitalisierung und KI
  • Empathische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Beratungskompetenz, hoher Eigeninitiative, Diskretion und Hands-on-Mentalität, die auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick behält und unsere Unternehmenskultur aktiv mitgestaltet.
  • Eine positive Einstellung und Humor
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen zwischen den Standorten Kaufbeuren und Fürstenfeldbruck.
