In dieser Rolle bist du für die technische Lösungsentwicklung von Automatisierungsprojekten unserer Kunden verantwortlich, von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Übergabe. Damit bist du die primäre technische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und unseren Teams. Um unsere Projekte reibungslos umzusetzen, arbeiten wir als Team eng mit unseren Kunden und der BÄR Automation GmbH in der Nähe von Heilbronn zusammen. Dafür bist du bereit, im Umfang von ca. 40 % gelegentlich im Inland und Ausland zu reisen.

Your Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales: Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der technischen Ausarbeitung von Konzepten, Angeboten und Lösungsansätzen im Vorfeld von Kundenprojekten.
  • Anforderungsanalyse: Du analysierst technische Kundenanforderungen und überführst sie in belastbare Lösungsansätze für industrielle Automatisierungs- und Robotiksysteme.
  • Machbarkeitsbewertung: Du bewertest technische Machbarkeit, Integrationsaufwand, Schnittstellen und Risiken im Kontext konkreter Kundenanwendungen.
  • Lösungskonzeption: Du entwickelst technische Lösungs- und Integrationskonzepte in enger Abstimmung mit internen Engineering-Teams, dem Projektumfeld und externen Partnern.
  • Kundenschnittstelle: Du bist die technische Ansprechperson für den Kunden über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus und begleitest technische Abstimmungen von der Vorprojektphase bis zur Abnahme.
  • Dokumentation: Du hältst Lösungsannahmen, Schnittstellenentscheidungen, technische Risiken und Änderungen nachvollziehbar fest.

Essential Skills

  • Technischer Hintergrund: Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Robotik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Industrieerfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in industrieller Automatisierung, Systemintegration, Sondermaschinenbau oder kundenbezogenen technischen Projekten.
  • Lösungsdesign: Erfahrung in der Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in technische Konzepte einschließlich Machbarkeits- und Integrationsbewertung.
  • Kundenkontakt: Fähigkeit, technische Entscheidungen sicher gegenüber Kunden zu vertreten und technische Abstimmungen über alle Projektphasen hinweg zu führen.
  • Interdisziplinäres Verständnis: Gutes Verständnis der Bereiche Mechanik, Elektrik, Controls und Robotik, das eine Koordination über Fachgrenzen hinweg ermöglicht.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Robotikbezug: Erfahrung mit robotikbasierten Automatisierungslösungen im industriellen Umfeld.
  • Vorprojekterfahrung: Erfahrung in der technischen Konzeptentwicklung, Machbarkeitsstudien oder Angebotsarbeit im Vorfeld von Projekten.
  • Projektverantwortung: Erfahrung in der durchgehenden technischen Verantwortung über mehrere Projektphasen hinweg.
  • Partnerarbeit: Erfahrung in der technischen Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Partnern oder verbundenen Gesellschaften.
