Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben

  • Führen eines Montageteams im Schichtbetrieb und Sicherstellung der zu erbringenden Produktionsleistung im Hinblick auf Termine, Qualität und Kosten
  • Verantwortung für die Überwachung und Sicherung des Produktionsplanes (einschließlich der Erfassung und Auswertung der IST-Leistung, Analyse, Reporting und Kommunikation von Abweichungen, sowie Einleiten von entsprechenden Gegenmaßnahmen, Überwachung von Kennzahlen)
  • Verantwortung für die konsequente Einhaltung und Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheits – und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, sowie Einhaltung gesetzlicher Normen und Richtlinien
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen des täglichen Produktions Shopfloors
  • Kontinuierliche und konsequente Anwendung und Umsetzung von Lean Production und KVP
  • Generieren von technischen / spezifischen Anforderungen aus Herstellungssicht sowie der Optimierung und Pflege der Betriebsmittelvorschriften.
  • Personalplanung innerhalb des Montageteams im Schichtbetrieb, inkl. Urlaubs und Abwesenheitsplanung
  • Feinplanung der Fertigungsaufträge, Prioritätenvergabe und Abstimmung mit den angrenzenden Abteilungen

Passend zum Profil

  • Erste Führungserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der elektromechanischen Montage
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches/ kaufmännisches Bachelor-Studium, oder Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker/ Meister im Bereich Elektrotechnik/ Mechatronik
  • Erfahrung mit dem Regelwerk DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 und EN 9100
  • Versiert in der Anwendung von Qualitätstechniken / Methoden (z.B. FMEA, 8D-Report, Ursachenanalyse, SPC, Fishbone-Analyse, MSA)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) und SAP (Jira wünschenswert)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Qualitätsorientierte, analytische Herangehensweise, wie auch die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue, komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
  • Als Führungskraft bringen Sie sowohl Teamfähigkeit als auch eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen mit
