עבור חברה מובילה במשק, דרוש/ה מנהל/ת פעילות להובלת פלטפורמת מועדון הלקוחות.

מדובר בתפקיד עסקי ואסטרטגי רחב היקף (במתכונת של מנכ"ל/ית יחידה עסקית), הכולל אחריות מקצה לקצה על הובלת השלב הבא בהתפתחות המועדון, בדגש על שיפור דאטה, טכנולוגיה, שותפויות מסחריות וחוויית לקוח מעולה.

התפקיד כולל עבודה ישירה מול הנהלת החברה וממשקים בכירים לצד הובלת התקשרויות ושותפויות אסטרטגיות.

אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת בעל/ת אופי יזמי ויכולת בנייה, עם ראייה של מנכ״ל/ית פעילות, חדות מסחרית והבנה עמוקה של לקוחות. מי שיודע/ת להפוך חזון למודל כלכלי ולתוכנית עבודה, לחבר בין דאטה לחוויה, בין טכנולוגיה לתפעול ובין עוצמת המותג לצמיחה עסקית מדידה.

התפקיד מתאים למי שכבר הוביל/ה פעילות לקוחות/צרכנות/נאמנות או פלטפורמה צרכנית משמעותית ומחפש/ת הזדמנות לבנות את הדור הבא של מערכת היחסים בין מותג מוביל לבין לקוחותיו.

תחומי אחריות:

* אחריות כוללת על האסטרטגיה, הביצועים העסקיים, המודל הכלכלי, מקורות ההכנסה, התקציב ומנועי הצמיחה והרווחיות של המועדון.

* הובלת שינוי בתוכנית המועדון משלב התכנון והבנייה ועד להשקה ולניהול השוטף.

* בחינה, פיתוח וניהול משא ומתן עם שותפים מסחריים (למשל גופים פיננסיים, חברות אשראי, קואליציות צרכניות וספקי טכנולוגיה).

* ניהול ערך הלקוח, סגמנטציה מתקדמת, ניתוח התנהגות, חיזוי וקבלת החלטות מבוססת נתונים.

* בניית מסעות לקוח מקצה לקצה, הובלת התוכנית השיווקית (גיוס, שימור והגדלת נתח ארנק) ויצירת הצעות ערך מבדלות.

* חיבור אפקטיבי בין אסטרטגיית המטה לבין יחידות השטח והתפעול להבטחת מימוש הבטחת המועדון.

דרישות התפקיד:

* ניסיון משמעותי בהובלת מועדון לקוחות / מועדון צרכנות / מועדון נאמנות / פלטפורמה צרכנית או פעילות פיננסית-צרכנית או פעילות B2C רחבת היקף.

* ניסיון מוכח בניהול יחידה עסקית/רווח והפסד או מודל עסקי עצמאי.

* ניסיון מוכח בהקמת מוצר/מועדון/פעילות חדשה – משלב האסטרטגיה ועד להשקה והטמעה.

* הבנה עמוקה במוצרים דיגיטליים, מערכות מועדוני לקוחות, CRM, אנליטיקה, פרסונליזציה ואינטגרציית מערכות.

* ניסיון בניהול שותפויות אסטרטגיות ומו"מ מול גופים גדולים (יתרון משמעותי לניסיון מול גופים פיננסיים).

* חשיבה יזמית, יכולת רתימת ממשקים בכירים, ראייה מערכתית לצד ירידה לפרטים, ועברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד.
