Atividades que serão executadas:

  • Fazer contato ativo com clientes por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail;
  • Tirar dúvidas contábeis, fiscais, financeiras e de uso da plataforma;
  • Registrar os atendimentos e acompanhar cada caso até a resolução;
  • Encaminhar demandas técnicas às áreas responsáveis e dar retorno ao cliente;
  • Sugerir melhorias nos processos de atendimento.

Remuneração e benefícios:

  • Carga horária de 42,5 horas semanais (segunda a sexta-feira);
  • Auxílio home office no valor de R$ 250,00;
