Quem pode participar?

Para participar do programa, é necessário:

  • Ter entre 18 e 21 anos;
  • Residir em Salvador/BA;
  • Estar cursando ou já ter concluído o Ensino Médio;
  • Para pessoas do sexo masculino, apresentar o certificado de reservista;
  • Ter disponibilidade para cumprir uma jornada de 20 horas semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira, no período vespertino (das 13h às 17h), com 4 dias de trabalho remoto e 1 dia de curso teórico presencial no CIEE.

Procuramos pessoas que...

  • Tenham vontade de aprender e crescer profissionalmente;
  • Gostem de colaborar e trabalhar em equipe;
  • Sejam organizadas, comunicativas e resilientes;
  • Tenham interesse em atuar em atividades administrativas e contábeis;
  • Possuam familiaridade com o Pacote Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets e outras ferramentas);
  • Estejam abertas a novos desafios e ao desenvolvimento prático com propósito.

O que você vai fazer (e aprender!):

Durante o programa, você terá a oportunidade de:

  • Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área;
  • Organizar documentos, planilhas e fluxos internos;
  • Acompanhar e encaminhar demandas de clientes;
  • Participar de reuniões, treinamentos e momentos de troca de conhecimento;
  • Desenvolver competências como comunicação, trabalho em equipe, pensamento crítico e autogestão.
