The posting

As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview

Agiloft is building its Product GTM team and needs a dedicated owner to close the gap between the teams that build our product and the teams that bring it to market. The Product Launch and Enablement Manager will be the connective tissue between Product and every GTM-facing function — Sales, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success — ensuring that new capabilities, releases, and roadmap developments don’t just ship, but land with full organizational readiness.

This role is equal parts program operator and internal translator. You will build and run the systems that keep GTM teams informed, trained, and equipped to speak confidently about what Agiloft does and where it’s going. The broad mission is ensuring nothing leaves the product org without a clear path to understanding and adoption inside the commercial organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of internal product communication to GTM teams — ensuring that release notes, capability updates, and roadmap developments are delivered as clear, actionable content that Sales teams, Product Marketing, CS, and Account Management, can use
  • Define and operate a release communication cadence so that no new feature, capability, or product change reaches a customer-facing team without prior structured awareness
  • Maintain a central internal knowledge hub — positioning summaries, product FAQs, feature overviews, demo guidance — and keep it current across every product release in partnership with the relevant subject matter experts
  • Partner with Product Operations to develop roadmap communication frameworks that give GTM teams appropriate visibility into what is coming, when, and why
  • Own the product-side (internal) launch readiness program across all product releases, tiering launches by scope and assigning the corresponding level of cross-functional preparation required
  • Define and track the bill of materials needed for launch, including feature scope, use case guidance, documentation, demo readiness, and inputs for internal enablement. Hold cross-functional owners accountable to timelines.
  • Lead product readiness reviews to identify gaps, dependencies, and decisions before release. Share launch timing and product updates with Product Marketing and other GTM partners so they can plan their activities.
  • Lead post-launch retrospectives to capture what worked, what didn’t, and what should be incorporated into the next launch cycle
  • Work in tandem with the GTM Enablement and Product Marketing teams to ensure Sales orgs are trained and demo-ready for every meaningful product release — including talk tracks, objection handling, competitive positioning, and feature walk-throughs
  • Run regular product update sessions (live or async) so the field is never behind on what Agiloft has shipped or is shipping soon
  • Track field readiness and confidence as a measurable output — survey the team, close knowledge gaps, and report on readiness ahead of launch dates
  • Partner with Product Operations to help build and operate the program that creates standards for how use cases are developed by product managers and delivered alongside product launches
  • Ensure use cases are coherent, GTM-ready, and accessible across Sales teams, Marketing, and CS as functional tools, not just internal documentation
  • Partner with Product Operations on the technical infrastructure required to support use case creation, storage, and distribution
  • Establish a feedback loop so field input on use case quality and coverage is systematically captured and routed back to the product team
  • Run a regular Product-GTM sync cadence — bringing Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, and CS together around launch calendars, roadmap updates, and in-flight priorities
  • Maintain a shared GTM launch calendar visible to all stakeholders, with status, ownership, and readiness signals for every active initiative
  • Act as the escalation point when GTM teams lack the product knowledge or materials they need to execute — diagnosing the gap and driving resolution
  • Prepare executive-level readouts on launch health, field readiness, and program performance for senior leadership
  • Assist with the design and lead the operation of a product-focused engagement program that accelerates product discovery and customer value delivery for product growth initiatives by creating customer specific engagements for a limited cohort of strategic reference customers
  • Build the feedback infrastructure that captures what reference customers are validating, questioning, and rejecting, and routes those signals back to Product and GTM in a structured, actionable form
  • Work with product managers to identify product growth targets that align with reference customers needs and develop projects that align customer roadmaps to deliver accelerated learning for product development and value focused outcomes for customer
  • Partner with professional services, customer success, account management, and product managers to identify and resource customer value projects and define clear success criteria for each engagement
  • Document and distribute outcomes to relevant internal stakeholders, including validated use cases, customer proof points, and lessons learned, as usable GTM assets
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in program management, product marketing, sales enablement, or a GTM operations role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated experience owning launch programs or GTM readiness initiatives
  • Strong understanding of how Sales teams, Marketing, Account Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success consume and act on product information
  • Exceptional written communication skills; able to take complex product concepts and write crisp, usable content for a non-technical commercial audience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain repeatable programs, processes, and content systems across a fast-moving product release cycle
  • Comfortable influencing without authority across multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a product marketing, solutions engineering, or product operations role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, internal knowledge management tools, and launch readiness tooling
  • Background working with or alongside a technical product team — able to read a release brief and translate it into commercial language quickly
  • Experience building or scaling a launch enablement function from an early stage
  • Exposure to CLM, legal tech, or enterprise workflow software

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
