The posting

As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview

Decision making in contract technology is shifting. Procurement, CFOs, and CIOs are gaining influence alongside Legal, and they expect contracting outcomes they can measure that are directly connected to company level business strategy. Agiloft has built deep strength with legal personas that will be extended into procurement through additional investments in our products.

As Senior Product Manager for Procurement, you will accelerate the development of procurement-focused contracting motions on our platform. You will identify the highest value procurement scenarios, prioritize for emerging customer demand, and turn them into a roadmap Product builds against.

This is a high-agency, high-accountability product and business building role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You will create and prove value for procurement customers in close partnership with the teams building our core platform and our connected, third-party experiences and generate the evidence that shapes further investment in this motion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the procurement use cases with the clearest path to customer value building upon Agiloft's advanced and growing contracting platform.
  • Own a roadmap spanning new capabilities, existing platform features, and integrations.
  • Give particular attention to headless experiences and workflows orchestrated by AI agents.
  • Ensure delivery of critical procurement product roadmap items in partnership with engineering.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver the roadmap, and establish success measures such as shorter cycle times, identified savings, and adoption of automated recommendations.
  • Project Agiloft's contract technology core into a procurement-facing value story, building upon and extending the strengths of the existing product stack.
  • Track evidence from customer engagement and use it to shape investment.
  • Translate platform capabilities into a clear procurement value proposition, using customer evidence to guide investment, pricing, and monetization decisions.
  • Represent the product strategy in customer conversations, webinars, conferences, and other relevant industry forums.
  • Partner with Agiloft’s finance team as an internal procurement customer to test and improve the experience.
  • Recruit procurement, finance, and operations customers to shape the roadmap, participate in early releases, and become references for the emerging offering.
  • Partner with existing product teams to build procurement capabilities as an extension of existing platform.
  • Work with product strategy to define procurement-focused trust and governance scenarios.
  • Partner with go-to-market to develop packaging, pricing, and launch plans for procurement scenarios.
  • Co-develop procurement personas and positioning with marketing.
  • Partner with sales enablement, product marketing, and others functions to act as a subject matter expert who educates internal stakeholders on procurement related to their job function.
  • Partner with sales to build a scalable customer engagement motion for procurement.
  • Support partnerships and technology integrations that expand procurement capabilities; share demand signals with professional services to inform its offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Demonstrated success building a new product motion or persona from early evidence, with a limited team and evolving resourcing.
  • Experience defining and prioritizing scenarios based on customer value and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of API, headless, and orchestration concepts, and how they apply to connected workflows.
  • Experience defining measurable success criteria for AI-driven or automated workflows, such as time saved, cost avoided, or adoption of recommended actions.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and go-to-market, without direct authority over them.
  • Ability to define clear objectives and success criteria for ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, and align stakeholders who do not report to you around them.
  • Experience making an ROI case for economic buyers, including CFOs or CIOs, and communicating product direction to customers and internal teams.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to improve how you work and deliver business results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
