  • 研究并构建面向机器人任务的具身 Agent 框架，实现“语言指令 → 任务分解 → 技能选择 → 闭环执行 → 失败恢复”的完整决策闭环。
  • 探索层级式决策与规划算法（Hierarchical Planning），包括 task decomposition、subgoal generation、skill chaining、long-horizon reasoning。
  • 研究具身场景下的 Agent 记忆与状态表示（memory/state abstraction），支持跨回合学习、长期任务与多步推理。
  • 研究 Agent 的自我纠错与可靠性机制，包括 self-reflection、verification、critic-based correction、uncertainty estimation、replan。
  • 探索世界模型与 Agent 的结合（world-model-based planning / model-based RL），实现可推演、可验证的决策策略。
  • 构建具身 Agent 的评测体系与 benchmark，沉淀可复用的任务集、指标体系与 scaling 规律。
  • 硕士及以上学历，机器学习/机器人/计算机视觉/自然语言处理等相关方向。
  • 熟悉 LLM/VLM Agent 相关研究方向，理解 planner-executor、ReAct、tool use、multi-step reasoning 等基本范式。
  • 熟悉强化学习/模仿学习/离线 RL 中至少一类方法（PPO/SAC/IL/BC/DAgger 等），具备实战经验。
  • 熟练 PyTorch，具备较强实验能力，能快速复现论文并提出改进方案。
  • 具备顶会论文或同等研究成果优先（NeurIPS/ICLR/ICML/CoRL/RSS/ICRA/CVPR 等）。
