  • 与强化学习/具身算法/数据团队协作，推动世界模型在真实任务中的应用落地。
  • 撰写技术文档和学术论文，分享研究成果并在技术社区中展示创新技术。
  • 硕士及以上学历，机器学习/计算机视觉/机器人相关方向。
  • 熟悉生成模型或序列建模（Transformer / Diffusion / Autoregressive 等），具备相关训练经验。
  • 熟练 PyTorch，有大规模训练、推理加速或工程化经验优先。
