The posting

1. 面向 EgoCentric（第一人称）多模态数据，研发具身感知算法，包括但不限于：目标检测、语义/实例分割、目标跟踪、手部姿态估计、物体 6D 位姿估计、抓取位姿/Affordance预测等。 2. 负责 6D 物体位姿估计全链路算法研发，包括实例级、类别级、未知物体位姿估计，熟悉 PnP、EPnP、RANSAC、ICP、点云配准、非线性优化、李群李代数等。 3. 基于 RGB、RGB-D、点云、视频等数据，构建和优化 EgoCentric 感知数据 pipeline，包括数据采集、同步、标定、标注、清洗、增强、回放与评测。 4. 研究相机模型、内参/外参标定、手眼标定、坐标系变换，支持第一人称视角下物体、手部、机械臂末端等目标的位姿估计与跟踪。 5. 结合视觉基础模型与多模态大模型，如 SAM、DINO、CLIP、深度估计、开放词汇检测分割等，提升具身感知的泛化能力。 6. 与机器人操作、抓取、模仿学习/强化学习团队协作，将感知结果接入下游策略，推动真机场景落地。 7. 跟踪具身感知、6D Pose、手物交互等前沿方向，形成专利、论文或内部技术方案。

1. 计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能、电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先。 2. 扎实的计算机视觉基础，熟悉目标检测、分割、跟踪、位姿估计、点云处理等常见任务。 3. 熟悉 6D Pose Estimation，理解 PnP、EPnP、RANSAC、ICP、SVD、非线性优化、坐标变换等核心方法。 4. 熟悉 RGB-D/点云数据处理，熟悉 OpenCV、Open3D、PCL 等工具库。 5. 熟悉 Python/C++，熟悉 PyTorch，具备良好的工程实现与算法落地能力。 6. 有 BOP、LineMOD、YCB-Video、Objectron 等 6D 位姿数据集或 Benchmark 经验者优先。 7. 有 EgoCentric、第一人称视觉、手物交互、AR/VR、机器人抓取、机械臂操作等经验者优先。 8. 具备良好的团队协作、沟通表达和问题拆解能力。 加分项

1. 有 FoundationPose、MegaPose、GDR-Net、DenseFusion、PVNet 等 6D 位姿相关项目经验。 2. 有 Ego4D、Epic-Kitchens、HOT3D、Assembly101、HOI 等第一人称/手物交互数据集经验。 3. 有多模态大模型、视觉基础模型用于具身感知的经验。 4. 有相机标定、手眼标定、多相机同步、数据采集平台搭建经验。 5. 有仿真数据生成、Sim2Real、域随机化、真机部署经验。 6. 有顶会论文、开源项目、竞赛获奖或相关专利。
