负责 VLA/WAM 具身大模型在真实场景中的落地与迭代，打通从模型训练到真机部署的完整链路 构建面向多机器人平台（机械臂、人形等）的模型适配与微调方案，解决跨硬件形态的动作表征与泛化问题 搭建后训练（Post-Training）pipeline，涵盖 SFT 数据构建、RL 微调、评测与闭环迭代，持续提升模型在实际任务中的成功率 与感知、运控、硬件团队协同，设计模型与底层控制器（WBC/MPC）的接口方案，确保策略输出的物理安全性与实时性 跟踪 VLA/WAM 领域前沿进展，快速验证新技术在工程场景中的可行性并推动落地 协助模型在机器人芯片上的推理优化与部署调试，参与推理延迟、吞吐量等性能瓶颈的定位与改进

硕士及以上，计算机 / AI / 机器人 / 自动化等相关专业 熟悉主流 VLA 架构（如 RT-2、OpenVLA、π0、GR00T 等），理解视觉-语言-动作联合建模与端到端学习的核心思路 具备模型后训练（SFT + RL）的实际落地经验，熟悉分布式训练框架 精通 Python + PyTorch，具备模型训练、调优与工程化部署的完整能力 有真机部署调试经验，了解 Sim2Real 迁移、模型量化 / 推理加速等工程化技术 加分项 有 VLA 模型从训练到多平台真机部署的完整项目经验 熟悉模仿学习（BC / Diffusion Policy）与 RL（PPO / SAC / GRPO）算法 NeurIPS / ICML / ICLR / CoRL 等顶会论文或高质量开源贡献
