1. 系统架构与集成： - 负责多指灵巧手系统的整机软硬件架构设计，包括机电一体化拓扑、总线通信（如 EtherCAT, CAN-FD）、电源管理等。 - 主导灵巧手各模块（机械、电机、驱动、传感器）的系统级集成与联调，确保系统低延迟、高带宽运行。 控制算法开发。 - 负责灵巧手高精度关节电机控制算法（FOC、位置/速度/力矩三环控制）的开发与优化。 - 开发多指协调控制、接触力控制、柔顺控制（Impedance/Admittance Control）及抓取规划算法。

2. 传感器与感知系统集成： - 负责触觉传感器（阵列触觉、视触觉传感器等）、高精度编码器、六维力传感器的选型、校准及数据融合算法开发。

3. 技术攻关与迭代： - 针对灵巧手的高功率密度、散热、线束布局、磨损等行业痛点进行技术攻关。 - 配合上层具身智能（Embodied AI）算法团队，提供稳定、易用的底层 API 接口，支持遥操作（Teleoperation）与强化学习算法的快速部署。

1. 教育背景：硕士及以上学历（优秀本科亦可），机器人学、机电一体化、控制理论与控制工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业。
