负责机器人走跑步态模型优化、全身运动跟踪算法研发与迭代落地，基于强化学习技术实现机器人稳定行走、快跑、姿态平衡控制，解决高速运动、复杂地形下步态漂移、抖动、倾覆等核心问题。 负责机器人固定动作跟踪、姿态轨迹训练研发工作，完成机器人定点动作、连贯姿态轨迹、标准化运动技能的强化学习训练与收敛优化，提升机器人动作复刻精度与运动规整度。 搭建机器人动力学仿真与运动控制强化学习训练体系，完成步态训练场景构建、动力学参数调优、仿真验证与虚实迁移迭代，建立标准化运动技能训练流程，支撑运控算法快速迭代落地。 跟进机器人运动强化学习前沿技术，开展步态生成、模仿学习、运动技能泛化等算法的调研、复现与二次开发，结合机器人实际运动场景完成算法适配与性能升级，输出规范技术文档与方案。 专注机器人运动控制强化学习算法迭代落地，重点攻克仿真到真机的虚实迁移难题，优化sim2real泛化能力与运动鲁棒性，完成整机步态真机调试、问题复盘与闭环迭代，保障算法可量产落地。

院校硕士及以上学历，自动化、机器人工程、人工智能、计算机科学、控制科学与工程等相关专业，具备扎实的机器人动力学、步态控制、强化学习理论功底。 仿真工具能力：熟练使用IsaacLab、IsaacSim、MjLab等主流机器人仿真平台，能够独立完成仿真环境搭建、运动控制算法训练、仿真测试及虚实迁移全流程工作。 算法开发能力：精通Python、C++等编程语言，熟悉BeyondMimic、AMP、HimLoco、Host等机器人运动强化学习、模仿学习开源项目，具备源码解读、二次开发、步态适配与运控算法调优落地能力。 虚实迁移能力：具备极强的sim2real仿真到真机迁移落地经验，熟悉机器人运动控制算法的虚实鸿沟优化、泛化性调优、真机适配迭代流程，能够解决仿真最优但真机失效、步态漂移、环境泛化差等核心落地问题。 优先条件 拥有ICRA、IROS、RSS等机器人、人工智能领域顶级会议论文发表/录用经历优先； 拥有IJRR、TRO、SR等机器人领域顶级期刊发表经历优先； 具备机器人走跑步态、全身运动控制、模仿学习算法研发经验，拥有完整sim2real落地、真机迭代、算法量产经验者优先。
