负责人形机器人全身运动基座模型的训练、调优与迭代优化，设计合理的训练策略、损失函数与模型迭代方案，持续提升基座模型的动作生成质量、环境泛化性与物理合理性。 负责机器人运动数据全流程治理，开展原始动作数据采集、筛选、清洗、时序对齐与标准化处理，搭建高质量运动数据集，支撑基座模型高效、稳定训练。 独立完成跨骨架动作重定向（Retarget）算法适配与迭代优化，实现人体动作、通用动作库与人形机器人骨架的精准迁移适配，解决动作失真、骨骼畸变、姿态异常等问题。 搭建并优化大规模并行分布式训练流水线，合理调度算力资源，解决大模型训练过程中的收敛不稳定、模式崩塌、训练效率低等工程问题，提升模型训练迭代速度与效果。 熟练对接与使用光学、VR、惯性等各类动作捕捉设备，掌握动捕数据采集与校准流程，处理设备噪声、数据漂移、时序错位等工程问题，保障数据源精准可靠。 跟进人形运动生成、基座模型预训练前沿技术，完成算法调研、复现与场景适配，结合机器人落地需求迭代模型能力，输出标准化训练方案、实验报告与技术文档。

硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机科学、机器人工程、控制科学与工程等相关专业，具备扎实的深度学习、生成模型、机器人运动学理论功底。 模型研发能力：熟悉主流人形机器人基座模型训练框架，熟练掌握Sonic、ASAP、Exbody2等运动生成开源项目，具备源码研读、二次开发、模型调优与场景落地适配能力。 工程训练能力：具备扎实的大规模并行、分布式训练实战经验，熟练掌握多卡训练调度、训练流水线搭建、训练异常问题排查与性能优化方法。 数据与重定向能力：拥有完整的运动数据采集、数据集搭建治理经验，熟练掌握动作Retarget重定向算法原理与工程落地方法，具备跨骨架动作迁移实战经验。 动捕设备能力：熟悉光学动作捕捉、VR动作捕捉、惯性动作捕捉设备工作原理与数据特性，具备设备调试、数据采集、数据校准与降噪处理实战能力。 优先条件 拥有ICRA、IROS、RSS等机器人、人工智能领域顶级会议论文发表/录用经历优先； 拥有IJRR、TRO、SR等机器人领域顶级期刊发表经历优先； 有人形机器人全身基座模型训练、大规模运动数据集搭建、动作重定向、多类型动捕设备落地项目经验优先。
